Partnering with the Australian Gender Equality Council to drive a cultural shift in Australia

The Australian Gender Equality Council (AGEC) represents more than 500,000 women working across all sectors in Australia.  Their vision is simple – to achieve gender equality in Australia. Through high profile national awareness campaigns, advocacy and research, the AGEC aims to drive a cultural shift in Australia so that women and men have the same rights and opportunities across all sectors of the community.

This month, we kicked off a short series exploring the reality of gender inequity in contemporary Australian society to support the AGEC’s #ItsTime campaign, contributing further momentum towards gender equity and change the workplace and society. Stay tuned for more over the coming weeks as we hit the streets to find out what Australian’s really think about these sobering statistics about gender bias and discrimination.

We understand the importance of connecting emotionally, the need for authenticity and how all these elements can be brought together to drive change.

Our pro bono work enables us to contribute to the conversation around key themes relating to gender equality, indigenous education, social justice and homelessness, and the LGBTIQ+ community.

In the new year, we look forward to sharing the work we’ve been doing in partnership with Out for Australia, an organisation that supports and mentors aspiring LGBTIQ professionals, as they navigate the early stages of their careers.
