Reese Leigh is a media and content professional making his film debut with this long-time passion project ‘The Last Closet’. After eight years as a social media manager, marketer and content manager he is taking content production to new heights with a documentary collaboration with Fancy Films to bring light to social issues that have been a large part of his upbringing and personal journey.

Reese previously spent roughly four years as a volunteer on the steering committee of the Purple Bombers, the LGBTQI+ supporter group of the Essendon Football Club. His lifelong passion for footy and personal pride as a member of the LGBTQI+ community has led to his desire to produce a documentary film addressing these intersections.

As an emerging on-screen and behind the scenes talent, Reese is dedicated to producing a game changing approach to the issue of LGBTQI+ inclusion in sport.
