Having worked as our General Manager, Nardia brings with her almost two decades of experience ‘client-side,’ drawing on her own experience in navigating complex business and stakeholder environments to advise and assist in delivering great results.
Nardia prides herself on her collaborative relationships and delivering projects that balance commercial outcomes with community interests. She has led communications, media, employee engagement, marketing and digital teams through major acquisitions and strategic change programs, including cultural change and rebranding campaigns.
Prior to joining the Fancy team, Nardia worked across a range of sectors including Financial Services, Transport and Logistics and as an Advisor to the Australian Government.
